Software Quality Improvement (SQI) started June 2000 in Ottertail, MN. During the first 5 years, SQI serviced the Perham area within about a 30 miles radius. In 2007 the business starting using TeamViewer for Remote Desktop Maintenance which increased our service productivity. During 2008, Charlotte and I started splitting our time between Ottertail MN and Anthem AZ. And during this time frame, Myron Lueders started working with SQI for the Perham area computer consulting jobs. In 2012, Jerry and Charlotte moved permanently to Anthem AZ.
