Click on the Link below to Download TeamViewer Quick Support:

Then Double Click the Downloaded File. If it asks do you want to allow this program to make modifications to your system, answer YES. If it asks to Run or Save, choose Run.
After the TeamViewer Quick Support starts up, it will show you a 9 or 10 Digit TeamViewer ID and 8 Character Password. Email that to me, then I should be able to remote in and install the TeamViewer Host Version.
